HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you the tracking number of the items you ordered.
RETURN & REFUND
For any DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners and drum units, customers can return within 24 months, we will provide shipping label to have it send back to our warehouse then we ship the replacement to our customers at our cost. Or, we will do a full refund upon customers’ request.
For Any UNOPENED PRODUCTS, including compatible and re-manufactured ink cartridges, toners and drum units, We have a 30 days refund policy for full amount. We will provide a return label too to have the products back.
